A permit is required for all professional photography and commercial film projects on our property. Please fill out the inquiry form below to tell us more about your project and request a permit. We'll get back to you with details on pricing and availability.
The Fine Print
Timing of Photography sessions are arranged at the time of booking. Full pre-payment is required to secure the rental period. Sessions are available Monday-Thursday 2pm-4pm CST.
Photography sessions are $125.00 per hour with a 2 hour maximum booking. Rates may not be prorated, and access is not available for less than the hourly rate. Rental Periods begin as of the time reserved by the Renter, not the time of arrival. Rental periods end at the end of the reserved time or when the session is completed, including clean up, whichever is later. Any Renter that goes 15minutes past the original end time of their booking will be charged an additional hour.
Renter agrees to leave premises and all contents in the same condition as they were when they arrived. Renter agrees to be responsible for any and all damage or loss incurred by in the raw vu during the rental period, including but not limited to spills, excessive wear, marks or stains on furniture, tears to paint, etc. Renter agrees to be solely responsible for the conduct and welfare of all persons accompanying renter while on premise. All persons and activity on company property are video recorded for security purposes.
Renter agrees to a company representative of in the raw vu to be present at any and all times during the photoshoot. If the representative observes or otherwise becomes aware of dangerous, lewd, lascivious, pornographic, illegal, negligent practices or disruptive activities, or any props, settings, activities or themes that are inconsistent with the overall esthetic of in the raw vu and its day-to-day operations, in the raw vu and its representatives reserve the right to stop the shoot and may require Renter and Renter’s party to leave immediately. in the raw vu may not be used to photograph or record any inappropriate, immoral or questionable subject matter (determined at the discretion of in the raw vu). In such case, no refund will be given for unused time.
Renter agrees and understands that disruption of patrons of in the raw vu, including photographing guests without their permission or entrance into a private area during a contracted private event will immediately end the photoshoot and result in Rental and all associated parties to vacate the premises. In such case, no refund will be given for unused time.
Any Food or Beverage that will be used in the photography shoot must be provided by in the raw vu at menu price. No outside food or beverage is permitted under any circumstances.
Private event space is available to conduct private photography sessions via in the raw sushi’s private events team for the required food and beverage minimum required on the requested date and time for the space if available.
in the raw vu would appreciate venue credit and tag for any pictures used on Social Media platforms.
